Teachers will learn strategies to teach fractions so that students gain a deep understanding of fractions in the elementary grades. We will talk about how some of the same rules that we use with whole numbers also apply to fractions. Join us as we take a conceptual look at fractions and see how the conceptual links to the procedures that we all learned.
