Making Algebra 3-D Real

One major purpose of Algebra is to develop functions that explain, model, and solve real life situations. Participants will be involved in 3-D situations encouraging students to pose questions and then determine answers by manipulating variables, recording data, forming graphs, and developing functions. 3_D situations will include ‘The Walk’, ‘Spring has Sprung’, ‘Fish Pond’, ‘Bungee Barbie’, and ‘Race Car’.
