We will explore GeoGebra Graphing Calculator (GC) & Geometry apps to actively explore concepts students learn within MS and HS curricula.  In doing so, we will learn how to use tools to create simple constructions that naturally lead to student-centered discoveries of these concepts.  We will also explore several ways students can effectively use these apps to formatively assess results of their own work.  We will also explore how GeoGebra GC can safely & regularly be used on summative assessments & on high-stakes tests (as one NY district actually did on all three of last year's NY state REGENTS EXAMS).

Computer (Mac, PC) or Chromebook
